Job Position: Nursing Manager

Qualification: Post RN, BScN, or MScN

Experience:

Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a nursing managerial role

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement patient care, conduct daily rounds, orient new patients, and enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward care negligence.

  • Supervise staff, manage shift handovers, address disciplinary issues, and facilitate structured staff meetings.

  • Maintain compliance with professional, safety, and infection control standards, ensuring consistent high-quality care.

  • Manage stock accurately, participate in audits and training, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure accurate inventory and stock control.
