Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Sales Operations Specialist to support our sales team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth sales operations, manage reporting and analytics, and contribute to process optimization to improve overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales team in operational and administrative tasks.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and prepare reports.
  • Coordinate between sales, finance, and logistics departments to ensure order accuracy and timely execution.
  • Manage and update CRM systems and sales databases.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards.

Requirements:

  • Education: BE/BS in Electronics or Telecommunication is mandatory (other educational backgrounds will not be considered).
  • Experience: 4–5 years of proven experience in Sales or Sales Operations, preferably within telecom or technology sectors.
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, and data reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs200,000.00 per month
