Role Description

The Sales and Operations Manager - South will oversee daily operations, drive sales strategies, achieve monthly revenue targets, Sales and Operational team management, supply chain excellence, ensure customer satisfaction, timely dispatches and deliveries and manage regional sales and supply operations in the Karachi Division. Key responsibilities include leading and motivating the sales team, coordinating operations to meet organizational goals, and identifying business growth opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on achieving performance objectives and addressing operational challenges while fostering strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong Operations Management and Analytical Skills to plan and execute business strategies effectively.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to maintain and grow client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills for engaging with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Leadership abilities and a proven track record of managing and mentoring teams to achieve business goals.
  • Master's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an MBA will be an advantage.
  • Previous experience in sales, operations, and managing regional functions is preferred.
