Senior Creative Manager

to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad, where you will lead creative strategy, oversee campaign execution, and inspire teams to deliver innovative, impactful work for local and international brands.

This role is ideal for a seasoned creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, has a strong understanding of brand storytelling, and knows how to transform ideas into campaigns that move audiences and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated creative strategies across digital, social, ATL/BTL, and experiential platforms.
  • Manage and mentor creative teams, ensuring high standards of conceptual and visual output.
  • Partner with the strategy, account management, design and production teams to bring big ideas to life that align with client objectives.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and brand consistency.
  • Drive innovation by anticipating trends, experimenting with formats, and introducing fresh creative approaches.
  • Collaborate directly with senior leadership and clients to present and pitch creative concepts.
  • Ensure creative excellence while balancing business objectives and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related creative field.
  • Experience in a creative agency or marketing environment, with at least 2 years in a senior managerial role.
  • Proven track record of leading successful 360° marketing campaigns and managing cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital-first storytelling, cultural trends, and the evolving creative landscape.
  • Exceptional leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • A creative thinker with a strategic mindset; able to see the big picture while sweating the details.
