About the role

We are hiring a senior Performance Ad Manager to own strategy, execution, and optimization across Meta and LinkedIn for U.S. markets. You will drive pipeline by delivering qualified leads at efficient costs and by running a disciplined testing program.

What you will do

  • Architect, launch, and scale campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for U.S. audiences
  • Run daily checks for pacing, CPA, CTR, CPM, frequency, and funnel health
  • Build and refine audiences including lookalike, retargeting, and first party lists
  • Manage budgets and shift spend to highest return initiatives
  • Implement and maintain tracking with Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, UTMs, and Google Tag Manager
  • Lead structured A/B and multivariate tests across creatives, copy, formats, and landing pages
  • Produce weekly executive level reporting with insights and next actions
  • Partner with creative on briefs and iterations
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and U.S. advertising standards

What you bring

  • 6+ years of hands on performance marketing for U.S. markets
  • Proven record meeting CPL and ROAS targets while improving lead quality
  • Expert proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Business Suite
  • Strong command of pixels, tagging, attribution, and conversion optimization
  • Advanced analysis in Google Sheets and Looker Studio or similar tools
  • Clear communicator who turns data into decisions and influences stakeholders
  • Highly organized operator who can run multiple programs in parallel

  • Qualified leads and pipeline generated
  • CPL and CAC against targets
  • Conversion rates and time to first meaningful action
  • Testing velocity and learnings shipped each month
  • Data accuracy and tracking reliability
