Ed Marketia is a leading eCommerce and digital marketing agency, specializing in performance marketing, social media marketing, content creation, and Shopify store management. We work with brands across various industries to scale their online presence and maximize revenue.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Head who excels in performance marketing, social media strategy, and content creation while also managing multiple digital marketing campaigns and Shopify eCommerce stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads.
  • Develop and execute high-converting social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Oversee the content creation process, ensuring high-quality creatives, ad copies, and video content tailored for each platform.
  • Optimize Shopify stores for better conversions, user experience, and performance.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights to improve ROAS, CPA, and other key metrics.
  • Manage a team of media buyers, content creators, and social media strategists, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, ad policies, and eCommerce growth strategies.
  • Develop and implement email marketing, influencer collaborations, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in performance marketing, social media marketing, and content strategy.
  • Proven ability to scale ad accounts profitably and drive revenue growth for eCommerce brands.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, & TikTok Ads and Shopify store optimization.
  • Strong creative mindset with experience in content strategy, ad creatives, and video content creation.
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation tools.
  • Leadership experience in managing a team and executing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
