Role Description

The Sales and Service Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rawalpindi. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting maintenance and repair activities, and delivering reliable field service to clients. Collaborating with clients to identify needs and ensuring optimal equipment performance are integral aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in troubleshooting and providing effective technical solutions
  • Proficiency in field service operations, including maintenance and repair
  • Strong technical support capabilities and the ability to address and resolve equipment challenges
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong client relationships and providing exceptional customer service
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Engineering degree or diploma in a relevant field
  • Prior experience in industrial equipment or relevant sectors is advantageous
