Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance (BS Accounting & Finance) or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks, ERP systems, or Zoho.
  • Strong understanding of export processes and shipment-related documentation.
  • Solid knowledge of taxation laws and filings, including Sales Tax, Income Tax, and Withholding.
  • Ability to manage sales-related financial technicalities.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounts, transaction entries, ledgers, and customer accounts.
  • Maintain and update data in accounting software (QuickBooks, ERP, Zoho).
  • Prepare and reconcile sales reports, vendor accounts, receivables, and payables.
  • Handle export documentation, shipment records, and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee tax-related tasks, including Sales Tax, Income Tax, and Withholding submissions.
  • Prepare profitability reports, cost sheets, and financial analyses.
  • Assist management in business growth strategies, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse, and cross-functional teams for smooth financial operations.
  • Prepare financial briefs and presentations for investor or management meetings.
  • Support team coordination and internal reporting processes.
