Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Account Director based in Lahore. The Senior Account Director will oversee account management activities, build and maintain client relationships, lead and manage a team, and develop strategic plans to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include leading sales initiatives, executing project management strategies, and guiding teams toward achieving organizational goals. The role requires excellent leadership abilities and the ability to deliver results in a dynamic and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Drive
enterprise IT sales
for networking, security, cloud, storage, and data center solutions. - Achieve quarterly & annual revenue targets in the Central Region.
- Develop and maintain a strong
sales pipeline
across multiple industry verticals. - Lead solution positioning, pricing strategy, and proposal development.
Account & Territory Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients and key decision makers (CIOs, IT Managers, Procurement Heads).
- Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle from lead qualification to contract closure.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Channel & OEM Coordination
- Work closely with OEM partners (Huawei, Palo Alto, Juniper, Fortinet, Cisco, H3C, SuperMicro, etc.)
- Collaborate with distributors and channel partners to secure competitive pricing and deal registration.
- Participate in OEM trainings, certifications, and regional sales events.
Technical & Solution Understanding
- Understand client requirements and map them to ACOM's solution portfolio.
- Coordinate with pre-sales engineers to build accurate BOQs, solution designs, and technical proposals.
- Deliver product/solution presentations to enterprise clients.
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain updated CRM records, forecasting, and weekly sales reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, tender guidelines, and documentation processes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Account Management, including maintaining client relationships and achieving business targets.
- Proven experience in Team Management and Team Leadership to effectively guide and mentor team members.
- Expertise in Sales strategies and techniques to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives.
- Proficiency in Project Management to plan, execute, and deliver on key initiatives within deadlines and budgets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience in the IT industry or related fields is highly desirable.
