HRCONSOL, on behalf of a leading Trakker company in Pakistan, is looking for a General Manager – Revenue Assurance & Collection to lead billing accuracy, revenue protection, and collection strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee revenue assurance strategies to maximize revenue capture and prevent leakages.
  • Lead the collections team to achieve timely recovery of outstanding receivables across all customer segments.
  • Design and enforce billing accuracy controls to ensure zero discrepancies in invoicing and customer accounts.
  • Monitor financial performance metrics related to cash flow, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and recovery rates.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, and operations teams to streamline end-to-end revenue processes.
  • Oversee credit control policies to ensure healthy receivables management and minimize bad debt.
  • Drive process automation and implement best practices in revenue monitoring and collection efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure timely payments.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership to support decision-making.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CA, CMA, CPA will be an added advantage.

Experience Required:

  • 12+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Assurance, Collections, Credit Control, or Finance.
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a large-scale corporate or telecom/technology/FMCG environment.
  • Strong experience in revenue analytics, billing systems, and receivables management.
  • Proven track record in process optimization, automation, and team leadership.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs400, Rs600,000.00 per month
