About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack MERN Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, , , ) and will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using MERN stack.

  • Manage and optimize MongoDB databases for performance and scalability.
  • Ensure application security, performance, and cross-platform compatibility.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party API integration.
  • Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.).
  • Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
  • Familiarity with deployment tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Heroku, etc.).
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
