Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced and dependable
Accountant / Bookkeeper
for a
full-time night shift
on-site role in
Lahore
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling U.S.-based client accounting using
QuickBooks
(mandatory). Familiarity with additional tools is a plus.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial records and bookkeeping using
    QuickBooks (Online/Desktop)
  • Perform
    bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Maintain clean and accurate general ledgers
  • Manage
    Accounts Payable (A/P)
    and
    Accounts Receivable (A/R)
  • Prepare monthly financial reports:
    Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
  • Assist in payroll processing and year-end financial documentation
  • Coordinate with clients via email and video conferencing
  • Handle transaction categorization, data entry, and catch-up bookkeeping as needed


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1.5+ years of full-time, on-site experience
    in bookkeeping/accounting
  • Prior experience working night shifts for U.S.-based clients is mandatory
  • Mandatory:
    Proficiency in
    QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop)
  • Plus:
    Familiarity with other tools like
    Xero, Excel/Sheets
  • Understanding of U.S. accounting standards and bookkeeping workflows
  • Strong English communication (verbal and written)
  • High attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
