About the Role

Virtuosoft is seeking a
highly motivated and organized Training Coordinator
to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help coordinate IT training programs, connect with potential customers, and promote our cutting-edge software training solutions.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about
technology and learning

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with senior management to create and maintain
    training calendars
    .
  • Reach out to
    potential customers
    to promote upcoming IT training programs.
  • Identify customer training needs and
    recommend suitable courses
    (e.g., Full-Stack Development, AI/ML, DevOps).
  • Handle customer queries via
    email and phone
    professionally.
  • Build and nurture
    relationships with prospective clients
    .
  • Manage the
    end-to-end execution
    of training sessions, ensuring smooth logistics and delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
    (BBA, BS, BSc, BCom, or equivalent).
  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal skills
    .
  • Strong
    organizational and time management
    abilities.
  • Ability to work in a
    fast-paced environment
    and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English
    (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with
    software development concepts
    and IT terminologies.
  • Prior experience in
    telemarketing, training coordination, or course sales
    .
