About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative and HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day office management, assist in event coordination, maintain basic expense records, and ensure smooth administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and administrative support tasks.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and activities.
- Maintain records of office supplies, purchases, and petty cash expenses.
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and correspondence.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of administrative records.
- Provide support in HR and staff coordination when required.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in office administration or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of expense management and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
