We are looking for a
QA Automation Engineer
with
3–5 years of hands-on experience
in test automation across web, API, and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building automation frameworks, executing automated test suites, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines. You'll work closely with development and DevOps teams to ensure the highest quality of software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    automation frameworks
    for Web, API, and Mobile testing.
  • Automate
    UI testing
    using tools like
    Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
    .
  • Perform
    API automation testing
    using
    Postman, RestAssured, or Karate DSL
    .
  • Automate
    mobile testing
    using
    Appium
    (Android & iOS).
  • Conduct
    performance/load testing
    with
    JMeter, k6, or Locust
    .
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify test scenarios and define test strategies.
  • Integrate automated tests into
    CI/CD pipelines
    (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps).
  • Debug test failures, perform
    root cause analysis
    , and ensure quick turnaround on defect resolution.
  • Maintain detailed test documentation, test reports, and contribute to knowledge base.
  • Follow
    best practices in QA
    (testing pyramid, BDD/TDD, automation strategy).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years
    of professional experience in QA Automation.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
    for web test automation.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Postman, RestAssured, or Karate DSL
    for API testing.
  • Experience with
    Appium
    for mobile app testing.
  • Exposure to
    performance testing
    using JMeter, k6, or Locust.
  • Proficiency in a scripting/programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#).
  • Experience integrating tests into
    CI/CD pipelines
    (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
  • Strong debugging and
    root cause analysis
    skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced Agile environments.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with
    BDD/TDD frameworks
    (Cucumber, SpecFlow, or Behave).
  • Familiarity with
    test management and reporting tools
    (TestRail, Zephyr, Allure).
  • Exposure to cloud-based test environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
