We are a local orthopedic devices manufacturing company in Kanganiwala, Gujranwala, seeking a versatile Office and Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires a proactive and organized individual with excellent communication and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration:
  • Prepare and manage documents, emails, and invoices.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
  • Develop presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal and external meetings.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Craft engaging social media posts for various platforms.
  • Design and create visually appealing post creatives using tools like Canva.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and messages across all social media channels in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools like Canva.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
