Academic and Professional Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in IT or equivalent (HEC Recognized)
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on client-facing roles
  • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Understand client needs, expectations, and business objectives, and communicate these effectively to the internal teams.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure alignment between client and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, and to the required quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, risk registers, and change logs.

Competencies and Skills

  • Project Management experience and experience within the capital market solutions and brokerage solution.
  • Proven experience in managing complex IT development portfolios, preferably in an agile environment.
  • Experience in JIRA and Confluence Artifact Management would be a plus point
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and their practical implementation in project management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management tools and techniques, including project planning, and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency in creating project approaches, establishing project structures, and outlining clear roles and responsibilities for projects.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of IT development processes, technologies, Software Development Life Cycle and industry trends.
