We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
IT Sales Manager
to lead and expand our sales operations in the technology domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic sales planning. This role requires a strong understanding of IT services, SaaS solutions, or software development, coupled with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and implement
    strategic sales plans
    to achieve company revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Identify and pursue
    new business opportunities
    in both local and international markets.
  • Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Set clear sales objectives and KPIs for the team and ensure consistent achievement.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design and propose tailored IT solutions.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience from initial contact to project delivery and post-sales support.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the
    sales and SDR/BDR team
    to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, project management, and technical departments to ensure alignment in business goals.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the sales team.

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Oversee
    lead generation, pipeline management, and conversion tracking
    using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Odoo).
  • Prepare
    weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports
    for senior management.
  • Forecast sales performance and identify potential challenges or growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and client contract standards.

Market Development & Branding

  • Represent the company at
    industry events, conferences, and client meetings
    to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design effective outreach and promotional campaigns.
  • Contribute to the development of sales materials, proposals, and case studies that highlight company strengths.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Marketing, or IT-related field
    (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of proven experience
    in IT sales, business development, or account management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of
    software development, SaaS, managed IT services, or cloud solutions
    .
  • Excellent
    negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
    .
  • Experience in
    international client acquisition (US, UK, Europe, or Middle East markets)
    is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in
    CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Odoo)
    and sales automation software.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a results-driven approach.
