Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive
IT Manager
to oversee and manage all aspects of our company's IT infrastructure across our
Head Office, Factory, and Lahore Showroom
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of all IT systems, including domain and hosting management, hardware, servers, CCTV systems, and UPS maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain company
    domain, hosting, and email servers
    .
  • Oversee
    hardware and networking issues
    , ensuring minimum downtime across all locations.
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot
    CCTV systems
    at the Head Office, Factory, and Showroom.
  • Manage and ensure efficient operation of
    servers and UPS systems
    .
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely maintenance and support.
  • Implement and enforce IT policies, security measures, and backup strategies.
  • Maintain inventory and documentation of all IT equipment and assets.
  • Provide technical support to all departments and train staff when necessary.
  • Plan and execute upgrades, installations, and system improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
    .
  • Minimum
    3–5 years of experience
    in IT management or system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of
    networking, servers, CCTV systems, and IT hardware
    .
  • Experience in
    domain/hosting management and email server configurations
    .
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple locations and prioritize tasks effectively.
