The Head of IT will be responsible for overseeing all technology infrastructure, systems, and digital operations for both the Cinema and ELEVATE Gym facilities. This role includes managing IT strategy, procurement, installation, and maintenance of all hardware, networking, audiovisual, and security systems, ensuring seamless technical operations across both properties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure management, AV systems (for cinema setup), gym technology integration, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure & Equipment Management

  • Lead the planning, procurement, and implementation of IT and AV systems for Cinema and ELEVATE Gym.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of servers, routers, switches, CCTV, and access control systems.
  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of all computer systems, POS terminals, display screens, sound systems, and ticketing/gym software.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for purchasing, installation, and technical support of all IT and AV equipment.
  • Develop preventive maintenance schedules for all IT and AV assets.
  • Networking & Systems Administration
  • Manage all local area networks (LAN), Wi-Fi, and internet connections to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
  • Configure and troubleshoot network devices, firewalls, and VPN systems.
  • Ensure secure data storage, backup, and system recovery plans are in place.

Technical Support & Maintenance

  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to cinema and gym staff for IT-related issues.
  • Maintain IT inventory, including all hardware, cables, peripherals, and AV components.
  • Implement cybersecurity protocols and ensure data integrity across all systems.

Project Management & Vendor Coordination

  • Work closely with contractors and consultants during the pre-opening and setup phases.
  • Evaluate technology solutions and negotiate with suppliers for optimal pricing and service quality.
  • Monitor installation timelines to ensure on-time readiness before launch.

Administrative & Strategic

  • Develop and manage the annual IT budget.
  • Create and enforce IT policies and SOPs for both cinema and gym operations.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to fitness, entertainment, and smart building management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 12 – 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, preferably within hospitality, fitness, or entertainment sectors.
  • Proven expertise in hardware, networking, and AV systems management.
  • Experience handling cinema projection, ticketing systems, and gym management software preferred.
  • Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills.

    Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Odoo or ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with CCTV, access control, and biometric systems.
  • Understanding of sound, lighting, and digital signage systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure in pre-opening and operational environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250, Rs300,000.00 per month
