We are looking for a
highly skilled Oracle EBS R12 Techno-Functional Lead (MM–SCM)
who can own end-to-end Supply Chain modules, manage technical development, and lead full lifecycle implementations. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in both
technical consulting
and
functional consulting
, with proven experience delivering
5+ full-cycle MM/SCM implementations
.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional & Technical Leadership

  • Lead, configure, and enhance Oracle EBS R12 modules:
    Purchasing, Inventory, iProcurement, iSupplier, iSourcing, Procurement Contracts, Landed Cost Management (LCM), Order Management, Cost Management & Advanced Pricing
    .
  • Act as the
    primary techno-functional expert
    for MM/SCM, ensuring seamless integration and business support.

Technical Development & Integrations

  • Strong hands-on development using
    Oracle SQL, PL/SQL (procedures, packages, triggers, functions)
    .
  • Customize & configure
    Workflows, AME rules, APIs
    , and system integrations.
  • Develop
    RDF/XML reports
    ,
    BI Publisher layouts
    ,
    Oracle Forms
    , and
    OAF personalizations
    .

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Ensure smooth integration of MM/SCM with
    Financials (AP, AR, GL), HR & iExpense, Project Costing, EAM
    etc.
  • Work closely with
    Finance, HR, and Procurement
    for resolving issues and streamlining business processes.

Process, Compliance & Support

  • Lead functional testing, upgrades, documentation, and end-user trainings.
  • Ensure compliance with
    PPRA
    and corporate governance through workflow/approval controls.
  • Drive
    automation
    ,
    reporting improvements
    , and
    continuous optimization
    of ERP processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering
    , or
    MBA
    .
  • 8+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS R12 experience
    in MM/SCM domain.
  • 3+ years in a techno-functional lead role
    .
  • Mandatory expertise in:
  • Purchasing, Inventory, iProcurement, iSupplier, iSourcing, Procurement Contracts, LCM, OM, Cost Management, Advanced Pricing
    .
  • Strong technical expertise in:
  • SQL, PL/SQL, Workflow Builder, BI Publisher
