Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Regional Coordinator based in Sindh, Balochistan, KP and Punjab to manage school operations, train staff, oversee curriculum implementation, and ensure performance improvement across schools. Strong leadership and organizational skills are required.

Duties

  • Manage and oversee school coordinators and their assigned schools.
  • Train new coordinators and teachers on curriculum implementation and school management.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of school data (attendance, feedback, marksheets) in Google Drive.
  • Address and report any operational issues, including attendance and student dropouts.
  • Monitor and evaluate coordinator performance, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in education or a related field.
  • Proven experience in school coordination or educational management.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum implementation and school operations.
  • Excellent organizational and data management skills (Google Drive, spreadsheets).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills for training and supervising staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs60,000.00 per month
