As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Coordinator & Webinar Quality Assurance Specialist to support our councils, enhance operational performance, and ensure excellent execution of our webinar activities.

Your Mission

Over the next years, EUTECH aims to strengthen its brand, expand its impact, and optimize the efficiency of all internal processes. In this role, you will ensure smooth coordination across councils and maintain high-quality standards for all webinar-related activities.

Your Daily Tasks
Quality Assurance of Council Coordinators
  • Monitor and evaluate the work progress of council coordinators, including social media activity, communications, and other assigned tasks.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across coordinator deliverables.
  • Assess the effectiveness of social media engagement initiated by coordinators.
Webinar Coordination & Management
  • Oversee the end-to-end coordination of webinars across all councils.
  • Work closely with coordinators to ensure all preparation steps are completed on time.
  • Ensure webinars are aligned with EUTECH's standards, structure, and communication guidelines.
Webinar Content & Roadmap Management
  • Maintain and update detailed webinar schedules, including dates, topics, and council involvement.
  • Ensure all webinar materials are complete, high-quality, and ready in advance.
  • Coordinate internal workflows to guarantee smooth execution before, during, and after webinars.
Internal Communication & Alignment
  • Facilitate collaboration and information sharing between coordinators, council experts, and internal teams.
  • Ensure council experts are well-informed about upcoming webinars, content, and their roles.
  • Support coordinators with best practices related to workflow organization and webinar processes.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Languagesd in quality assurance, event coordination, or project management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and engagement strategies is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
