Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Upwork Bidder. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects on Upwork, crafting tailored proposals, managing client communications, and maintaining a pipeline of potential projects. Day-to-day tasks also include conducting market research, analyzing client requirements, and collaborating with the team to align bidding strategies with organizational goals. This role requires a proactive approach and excellent communication skills to build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Experience with bidding on Upwork and generating client leads
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to craft compelling project proposals tailored to client needs
  • Experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Media Marketing
  • Knowledge of Accounting Software Solutions is a plus
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze client requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
