Kifayat Publishers is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our Faisalabad branch.

About Kifayat:

Established in 1961, Kifayat Publishers has been serving the publishing industry of Pakistan for six decades. Our mission is to provide quality education, at affordable prices. We want to change the way students see their books, with an aim of 'less is more, but less should not become bore'. We focus on the core concepts from the National Curriculum and cover topics in an informative, yet gripping manner.

How you will make an impact:

· Identifies and pursues new business opportunities with new clients in conjunction with Product Specialist and/or Director of sales.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies.

· Enter leads and client activity into CRM (ODO). Collect and record new school/customer information into a master spread sheet. Provides daily visits and weekly reporting to your Manager and escalates any issues that would impact new business targets.

· Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.

· Maintains client base and corresponding retention volume by undertaking analysis, research, negotiation, and other activities that increase and solidify customer loyalty to Kifayat products.

· Based on client interactions and monitoring key metrics and revenue reporting, provides early identification of and mitigates potential client issues.

· Identifies, manages, and resolves issues via collaboration with internal teams such as Product, Training and implementation and acts as an advocate for both, the client and Kifayat to ensure expedient & appropriate resolutions.

· Identify and attend book-fairs, conferences and other trade fairs, from time to time. Hold and host annual customer event by Kifayat Publishers.

· Clearly and compellingly articulates the Kifayat value proposition through update sessions, phone calls, webinars, and other client communication venues.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  2. Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience (publishing/education sector mandatory).

  3. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  4. Ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
