24/7 Hybrid Call Centre is a subsidiary company of a UK based company and is located in Civic Center Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi. It provides call center and digital marketing services to businesses based in the UK.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist for our office.

About The Role :

The Digital Marketing Specialist will oversee the digital marketing strategy for the organization, focusing on driving growth through online channels. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and deep knowledge of current digital marketing tools and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign and Content Management:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build, and maintain the company's social media presence.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Oversee the content strategy for the organization, ensuring that it is aligned with the brand's voice.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.

2. SEO :

  • Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for driving more traffic and optimizing existing content.
  • Optimize website pages for target keywords, including meta tags, headers, image alt texts, and internal linking structure.
  • Work with web developers to ensure proper technical SEO setups, such as site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability, and schema markup.
  • Optimize and manage Google My Business (GMB) listings, ensuring accurate information, responding to reviews, and maximizing the use of GMB features.
  • Develop and manage a link-building strategy to enhance the website's authority and visibility.
  • Manage and build local citations across relevant directories and platforms, ensuring consistency in NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) information.
  • Regularly monitor and analyze website performance, using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on SEO performance, including traffic, rankings, and other key metrics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

3. GOOGLE AND META ADVT:

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across various channels (Search, Display, YouTube) to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and selection to maximize campaign performance.
  • Write compelling ad copy, create engaging visuals, and design high-converting landing pages.
  • Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bid management, and ad copy revisions to improve performance and ROI.
  • Allocate and manage budgets effectively across campaigns, ensuring spend efficiency and meeting financial targets.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and campaign outcomes.
  • Analyze competitors' advertising strategies to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads and digital marketing.
  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to Google Ads policies and guidelines.
  • Plan, create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads to drive targeted traffic and coversions.

4. WEBSITE MANAGEMENT:

  • Website creation and management.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing SEO/SEM/PPC, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
