Office and Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Office and Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative and project support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office while assisting in the coordination of ongoing projects. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, as the coordinator will handle office management tasks as well as contribute to project implementation, especially women-led initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation (both digital and physical).
* Prepare, circulate, and file minutes of meetings.
* Provide general administrative support to staff and management.
* Support women-led projects by coordinating logistics, communication, and reporting.
* Track project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth progress.
* Assist in drafting project reports, proposals, and presentations.
* Coordinate with beneficiaries, partners, and stakeholders as needed.
* Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
* Support management in scheduling meetings, visits, and events.
Qualification and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field (preferred).
* Prior experience in office administration and/or project coordination is an advantage.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Bold and confident enough to understand projects on his/her own
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital record keeping.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
* Interest in social projects and women empowerment initiatives is a plus.
