Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Manager located in Lahore, Pakistan. The Human Resource Manager will oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. The role will also involve developing and implementing HR policies, managing compliance with employment laws, and leading initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Additionally, the Human Resource Manager will collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and support employee growth and development.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, onboarding processes, and workforce planning
- Experience with employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture
- Proficiency in HR policy development, performance management, and compliance with employment laws
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the finance or consulting industry is a plus
