Art Director

About the Role:

We're looking for a hands-on Art Director, someone with a strong graphic design background who can both lead and create. In this role, you'll be responsible for setting the visual tone across all brand touchpoints while also rolling up your sleeves to produce stunning design work yourself. If you're equally passionate about concepting big ideas and getting into the details of pixel-perfect design, this role is for you.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Lead and Create: Own the full creative process from concept to execution, generating ideas, designing key visuals, and overseeing consistency across channels.

• Design Execution: Develop high-quality social media graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, and digital assets that bring campaigns to life.

• Web & UI Support: Collaborate with product and development teams to design intuitive and visually compelling web and UI elements.

• Brand Stewardship: Evolve and maintain the visual identity of the brand, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all materials.

• Creative Direction: Provide design feedback, mentorship, and quality control for other designers, freelancers, or agencies involved.

• Campaign Development: Partner with marketing and content teams to craft compelling visual narratives for campaigns and product launches.

• Print Collateral: Lead the design and production of print materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, posters) to support offline marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency across all formats.

• AI Tools Integration: Introduce and lead the integration of AI-driven design tools within the creative process, enhancing productivity and innovation while ensuring seamless collaboration within the team.

What are we looking for, and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 1-2 years in an art direction or senior design role.

• A strong, versatile portfolio showcasing both creative direction and execution across digital and print.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or similar UI design tools.

• A solid understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual storytelling.

• Experience working across web, social, and marketing collateral.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Comfortable switching between high-level thinking and detailed execution.
