We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Category Manager (Apparel Business)
to join our team in Lahore District. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our apparel category. You will oversee product assortment, procurement, supplier relations, and category strategy, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer demand. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to maximise category performance and deliver on business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute category strategies to optimise sales, margins, and overall profitability.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage procurement processes, supplier sourcing, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive category performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor category performance through regular analysis of KPIs and recommend corrective actions where needed.
  • Ensure smooth product lifecycle management, from selection and pricing to promotions and clearance.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in
    Category Management and Procurement
    , preferably in the apparel or retail sector.
  • Proficiency in
    analytical skills and market research
    for data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated experience in
    supplier management and contract negotiation
    .
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to drive category growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and within a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
    .
  • Prior experience in the
    retail & e-commerce
    is a strong advantage.
