Position: Product Lead

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Lead who will be responsible for leading IT product launches and driving their success through effective marketing and social media strategies. This role combines product management, digital marketing, and social media expertise to ensure successful go-to-market outcomes and enhanced product visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle – from concept, planning, and launch to growth and scale.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for IT products.
  • Drive product visibility through paid ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.) and optimize them for ROI.
  • Boost social media presence and engagement, ensuring strong brand and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with Design, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure seamless product launches.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize strategies.
  • Monitor product adoption, engagement, and campaign effectiveness through analytics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the table.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management/marketing within the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of successful IT product launches.
  • Strong experience in social media marketing and paid ad management.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, work cross-functionally, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs200,000.00 per month
