Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager IT located in Karachi. The Manager IT will oversee the company's IT infrastructure, manage IT staff, ensure data security, and maintain system efficiency. Responsibilities include monitoring network performance, troubleshooting technical issues, implementing new technologies, and ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to support their IT needs and managing vendor relationships.

Qualifications

  • IT Infrastructure Management, Network Administration, System Administration skills
  • Strong understanding of Data Security, Data Management, and Backup Solutions
  • Experience with IT Troubleshooting, Technical Support, and Problem-solving
  • Team Management, Project Management, and Vendor Management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and drive innovation
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a managerial role within the IT department is a plus
