Your Role: Drive Global Growth and Build Your Career

As an International Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our global expansion. You will have the autonomy to manage your sales pipeline and the direct responsibility for your success, developing core competencies in international client acquisition and complex deal closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic outbound sales campaigns to secure new international B2B clients.
  • Lead end-to-end negotiations and close high-value contracts across different time zones.
  • Exceed monthly sales targets through a data-driven and consultative approach.
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline management to track performance and forecast sales.

What You Bring (Qualifications & Requirements)

  • 1+ years of experience in international sales, B2B sales, or a similar sales development role.
  • A proven, documented history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Professional fluency in English (C1/C2 level) with exceptional communication skills.
  • Availability for the night shift schedule: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM.

Your Compensation & Growth Path

  • Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): PKR 150,000+ per month (Base Salary + Commission).
  • Base Salary: PKR 50,000 - PKR 60,000.
