Position Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and analytically rigorous Director of Digital Marketing to own and scale our entire digital customer acquisition and engagement strategy. This role is the cornerstone of our growth engine. You will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing channels, with a relentless focus on ROI and scaling our online presence. The ideal candidate is an expert in SEO, GEO, PPC, and Social Media, with deep experience in marketing technology data analytics and AI

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Strategy & Growth:

  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel digital marketing strategy focused on customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.

  3. Own the digital marketing budget, allocating resources for maximum growth and efficiency across all paid, owned, and earned channels.
  4. Define and track KPIs for all digital initiatives, reporting regularly on funnel performance, CAC, LTV, and ROI to the executive team.

  5. Channel Expertise & Management:

  6. SEO (Organic Growth): Architect and oversee the technical SEO, content strategy, and link-building efforts to achieve dominant organic search visibility and drive sustainable, cost-free traffic.

  7. PPC (Paid Growth): Lead the strategy for all paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising), programmatic display, and paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), continuously optimizing for lower CPA and higher ROAS.
  8. Social Media & Community: Develop the strategy for both organic community building and paid social amplification to enhance brand loyalty and drive direct response.
  9. Emerging Channels: Evaluate and test new digital platforms and technologies (e.g., Affiliate Marketing, Marketing Automation) to stay ahead of the curve.

  10. Marketing Technology & Data Analysis:

  11. Serve as the super-user and administrator of key marketing technology (MarTech) stack, including CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4), and tag management systems.

  12. Implement robust tracking and attribution models to accurately measure campaign performance across the entire customer journey.
  13. Use data insights to conduct A/B tests, funnel analysis, and customer segmentation to drive continuous improvement.

  14. Team Leadership & Development:

  15. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of digital marketing specialists (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content).

  16. Foster a culture of testing, data-driven decision-making, and agile execution.

  17. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) & AI Visibility:

  18. Develop and execute a strategy for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to ensure our brand is prominently featured in AI-generated responses on platforms like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.

  19. Optimize our digital assets and content to become a cited source for AI, focusing on providing clear, authoritative, and direct answers to common industry queries.
  20. Build E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) signals to increase our visibility and citation rate in generative AI results.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role directly managing a digital team.
  • Required Technical Proficiency:
  • SEO: Expert-level knowledge demonstrated by a portfolio of successful organic growth projects. Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
  • PPC: Certified expertise in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint, with a proven history of managing large-scale campaigns.
  • Analytics: Deep fluency in Google Analytics 4 and data visualization tools. Ability to build dashboards and derive actionable insights.
  • Social Media: Mastery of the paid and organic ecosystems of major platforms relevant to our business.
  • GEO: Proven experience in optimizing content and online presence to improve visibility and citation rates within AI platforms like ChatGPT and Google Gemini.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills.
