Job Summary:

Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies across both Hamsun Hospitality and Saleeqa (Our Sister Company). The role ensures brand consistency, campaign effectiveness, and business growth through strategic marketing, digital initiatives, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for both hospitality and retail sectors.
  • Lead and manage marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnerships.
  • Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency across all branches and platforms.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
  • Manage and guide the content and design teams to produce impactful materials.
  • Coordinate with operations and sales teams for campaign alignment.
  • Set and monitor KPIs, marketing budgets, and ROI.
  • Represent the marketing function in management meetings and strategy sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Mass Communication from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand strategy, and consumer insights.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
