This internship is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students in HR, Business Administration, or Psychology who are ready to gain valuable experience and grow into an HR generalist role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain candidate databases and update hiring status in tracking sheets or CRM
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires and interns
  • Help manage employee records and attendance
  • Assist in conducting initial interviews and assessments
  • Support in drafting HR communications, emails, and policy updates
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal events
  • Coordinate with team leads and department heads for HR-related needs
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR tasks

Requirements

  • Education: Recent graduate or final-year student in HR, Business Admin, or related fields
  • Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and written (this is a must)
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information professionally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace tools
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced tech and software environment
  • Basic understanding of HR processes, recruitment, or onboarding is a plus
