This internship is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students in HR, Business Administration, or Psychology who are ready to gain valuable experience and grow into an HR generalist role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain candidate databases and update hiring status in tracking sheets or CRM
- Support onboarding processes for new hires and interns
- Help manage employee records and attendance
- Assist in conducting initial interviews and assessments
- Support in drafting HR communications, emails, and policy updates
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal events
- Coordinate with team leads and department heads for HR-related needs
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR tasks
Requirements
- Education: Recent graduate or final-year student in HR, Business Admin, or related fields
- Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and written (this is a must)
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information professionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace tools
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced tech and software environment
- Basic understanding of HR processes, recruitment, or onboarding is a plus
