About the Role:

We are seeking a
Senior Back-end Developer
who is passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in
Python, Django, and FastAPI
, along with hands-on experience in
AI/LLM integrations
such as OpenAI and LangChain. You will play a key role in designing system architecture, building APIs, and integrating machine learning features into our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using
    Python (Django & FastAPI)
    .
  • Build and optimize
    RESTful APIs
    and backend microservices.
  • Integrate
    AI/LLM libraries
    like OpenAI, LangChain, and Transformers into production systems.
  • Ensure
    data security, scalability, and reliability
    of backend architecture.
  • Work closely with
    frontend developers
    and product teams for seamless API integration.
  • Maintain and optimize
    database performance
    (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).
  • Participate in
    code reviews, system design discussions, and performance tuning
    .
  • Implement and maintain
    Docker-based deployment pipelines
    and CI/CD workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years
    of experience in backend development.
  • Strong command of
    Python
    , with expertise in
    Django and FastAPI
    .
  • Experience with
    AI/LLM integrations
    (OpenAI, LangChain, or related frameworks).
  • Excellent understanding of
    RESTful API design and microservices architecture
    .
  • Proficient in
    relational and NoSQL databases
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Docker, Git
    , and Linux-based development environments.
  • Solid grasp of
    software architecture patterns
    (MVC, clean architecture, etc.).
  • Ability to
    troubleshoot, debug, and optimize
    backend performance.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
