About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist with a proven ability to build sales and brand presence from the ground up. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving growth for startups and can transform zero-earning brands into revenue-generating businesses through innovative marketing strategies. This role focuses on leveraging Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), social media marketing, and performance-driven campaigns to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other platforms.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to establish brand identity, grow awareness, and boost engagement.
  • Build sales funnels and campaigns that convert from a zero-earning stage to a profitable, scalable brand.
  • Run startup growth strategies—from launch to scaling stage—by driving sales and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze campaign data and market trends to make data-driven decisions for maximum ROI.
  • Create compelling ad creatives, content, and copy to support brand storytelling and conversions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing aligns with business goals.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist / Growth Marketer with successful startup or e-commerce brand case studies.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and paid performance campaigns.
  • Strong track record in driving sales, lead generation, and ROI.
  • Ability to launch, grow, and scale new brands from scratch.
  • Creative, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with startup growth marketing.
  • Certifications in Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Digital Marketing (preferred).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Wordpress etc.).
  • Ability to manage budgets and deliver cost-efficient campaigns.
