Email & Calendar Coordinator

About the Role
We are hiring an Email & Calendar Coordinator to manage daily communication, schedule meetings, and organize correspondence for our international clients.
You will be the first point of contact for emails, messages, and scheduling requests. The right person will be disciplined, fluent in written English, and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
This position requires strong time-management skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and organize multiple inboxes daily
- Draft professional email replies with correct tone and grammar
- Schedule and confirm meetings using Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook
- Coordinate across different time zones (mainly U.S.)
- Maintain updated records of communication and meeting notes
- Flag urgent matters for immediate attention
- Ensure all meeting links (Zoom, Google Meet) are prepared and sent
- Follow up on pending emails and maintain task checklists
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- 1–2 years of experience in administration, executive assistance, or virtual assistant work
- Confident in using Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and Docs
- Reliable internet connection, laptop/desktop, and quiet workspace
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with international or U.S. clients
- Knowledge of Calendly, Zoom, Trello, or Slack
- Strong organizational habits and consistency
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50, Rs60,000.00 per month
