As a CRM Specialist, you are responsible for managing and optimising the customer relationship management (CRM) system to drive customer engagement, retention, and business growth. Expertise in GHL is required. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, product, and customer success to ensure that CRM campaigns are aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and performance goals.
