About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM & Automation Specialist to set up, manage, and optimize our HubSpot and Aloware platforms. You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless marketing and sales workflows, data integrity, automation efficiency, and platform adoption across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, configure, and maintain HubSpot CRM and Aloware integrations.
  • Develop and manage automated workflows for marketing, lead nurturing, and sales processes.
  • Ensure accurate data synchronization between HubSpot, Aloware, and other connected tools.
  • Create and manage contact segmentation, email sequences, and automation triggers.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to streamline communication and optimize customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze CRM data to identify process improvements and growth opportunities.
  • Train and support team members on using HubSpot and Aloware effectively.
  • Maintain documentation of CRM processes, integrations, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience managing HubSpot (or a similar CRM).
  • Experience with Aloware or other telephony/communication platforms preferred.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and sales automation principles.
  • Proficiency in building workflows, pipelines, and automation sequences.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data reporting and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Tech-savvy, organized, and self-motivated.

Bonus Points

  • HubSpot Certification(s) in Marketing or Sales Operations.
  • Experience integrating third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, Slack, Google Workspace).
  • Familiarity with lead scoring, attribution, and customer journey mapping.
