We are an international organization operating in multiple countries, providing autism and ABA therapy services. Our Rawalpindi office is the hub for administration, management, and coordination of global operations.

Role Overview

As a Psychology Admin, you will provide administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth operations at our autism centre. You will assist therapists, manage client records, and serve as a key link between families and our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling for assessments, therapy sessions, and parent meetings.
• Maintain client files and ensure confidentiality of records.
• Support clinical staff with documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate communication between families and therapists.
• Assist with intake paperwork and billing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory) – written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in healthcare/therapy administration is an asset.
• Ability to multitask and handle client-facing responsibilities.
