Timings: 8 PM to 5AM

Job Type: Full-time or Partime

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Admin to join our team. This onsite role involves a mix of HR, recruitment, and administrative responsibilities to support the smooth functioning of our office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation Management:

Maintain and organize employee records (physical and digital)

Handle joining and exit formalities

Prepare letters and HR-related documents (offer letters, experience letters, etc.)

Recruitment Support:

Post job openings on relevant platforms

Screen resumes and schedule interviews

Coordinate with candidates and interviewers

Office Administration:

Manage office supplies and inventory

Support daily administrative tasks

Assist in organizing meetings, employee events, and company functions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

0–2 years of experience in HR/Admin roles (freshers can also apply)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

Fluency and command in English
