Realty VAs provides highly trained Virtual Assistants for real estate wholesaling businesses in the USA. We specialize in generating quality motivated seller leads and taking the cold calling workload off investors and agents by offering confident, high-energy VAs to support their business remotely.

We are hiring 10 Real Estate Cold Callers to join our growing team. This is a remote, work-from-home position with full-time hours.

Role Description

As a Real Estate Cold Caller, you will:

➝ Make outbound calls to property owners in the U.S.

➝ Qualify motivated seller leads using proven scripts

➝ Build rapport and gather property details

➝ Set appointments for the acquisitions/sales team

➝ Track all calls and lead data accurately in the CRM

Qualifications

➝ Fluency in English is a MUST (clear, neutral accent preferred)

➝ Cold calling or sales experience is a plus, but not required if you speak excellent English and are confident on the phone

➝ Excellent communication and active listening skills

➝ Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient to rejection

➝ Basic knowledge of real estate is helpful (full training provided)

➝ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

➝ Experience in appointment setting or lead generation is a bonus

Work Schedule

➝ Full-time (40 hrs/week)

➝ U.S. Eastern Time: 9 AM – 6 PM (including a 1-hour break)

➝ Monday to Friday

Compensation

➝ Base salary range: PKR 65,000 – PKR 100,000 per month (depending on performance & bonuses)

➝ Annual earning potential: PKR 780,000 – PKR 1,200,000 for top performers

➝ Competitive hourly pay + performance-based bonuses

Hiring Process

➝ Send a 1–2 minute voice sample introducing yourself and explaining why you'd be great at cold calling

➝ Initial interview with our hiring team

➝ Video interview to test communication and phone presence

➝ Final interview with the CEO before hiring decision

Additional Requirements

➝ Reliable high-speed internet connection

➝ Quiet work environment + noise-cancelling headset

➝ Willingness to work U.S. business hours

Equipment Requirements

➝ Laptop/Desktop (Intel i5 8th Gen or newer / Ryzen 5)

➝ 8 GB RAM (16 GB preferred)

➝ SSD storage (256 GB or higher)
