Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Accountant
to assist in managing day-to-day accounting and financial tasks. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple reconciliations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate
    bookkeeping
    and financial records.
  • Record and verify
    general entries
    in the accounting system.
  • Perform
    bank reconciliations
    and
    online reconciliation
    on a regular basis.
  • Prepare and maintain
    ledger reconciliation
    of accounts.
  • Conduct
    stock reconciliation
    and ensure proper record keeping.
  • Assist in preparing periodic
    financial reports
    as required by management.
  • Support in audits, data verification, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and standards.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.

Qualification:

  • M.Com
    (Master of Commerce) preferred;
    B.Com
    (Bachelor of Commerce) may be considered with relevant experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience
    in an
    e-commerce business
    is required.
