Role Overview

We are seeking a Microsoft Consultant with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our Lahore office. The consultant will be responsible for delivering Microsoft-based solutions, including Dynamics 365 (all modules) and Power Platform, supporting clients with system implementations, and ensuring smooth deployment of Microsoft technologies across business environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Business Central, Supply Chain, HR, etc.).
  • Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions.
  • Assist in planning, implementing, and supporting Microsoft solutions (Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint).
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for client environments.
  • Conduct workshops, trainings, and documentation for end-users.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements.
  • Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies, certifications, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and SharePoint.
  • Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, AZ-900, MS-900, PL-900) are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Lahore.
