Role Overview:
As a Technical Recruiter at ACE Ltd., you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top technical talent to support our growing technology teams. Partnering closely with hiring managers and engineering leads, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles such as but not limited to software engineers, DevOps, and data specialists.
Your expertise in technical sourcing, candidate assessment, and market trends will help ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience. This role requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and a proactive approach to building a high-quality talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, role expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Source, screen, and assess technical candidates through multiple channels, including ATS LinkedIn and job boards.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical fit, cultural alignment, and career aspirations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and ensure timely feedback.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated with current hiring trends, tools, and techniques in tech recruitment.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top technical talent
- Bachelor's degree in IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruitment (in-house or agency).
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for roles such as Software Engineer, Backend/Frontend Developer, DevOps Engineer, Data Engineers & Analyst, etc.
- Solid understanding of technical roles, technologies, and terminology (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, Git, CI/CD, etc.).
- Experience with sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean searches and talent mapping.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive and result-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
