Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator Intern to assist our project management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn how software projects are managed from initiation to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
- Support in preparing project documentation including reports, meeting notes, and progress updates.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones under supervision.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth project coordination.
- Learn and apply project management methodologies and tools during daily operations.
- Identify and report potential issues or delays to the manager.
- Participate in team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to project execution.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Management Sciences, or a related discipline
- Strong theoretical knowledge of Project Management concepts, frameworks, and processes.
- Familiarity with basic project management tools such as MS Project. And Jira.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a professional setting.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: From Rs20,000.00 per month
