𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Bahria Town, Lahore

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

  • Lead and supervise the global recruitment team, ensuring targets and timelines are met.

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for global technical roles.

  • Coordinate with management and project teams to align hiring priorities.

  • Maintain high-quality candidate pipelines and ensure compliance with client SLAs.

  • Develop sourcing strategies and improve team performance through training and feedback.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

  • Bachelor's in HR, business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of IT recruitment experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

  • Strong experience in global technical hiring (EUC, Networking, Data Center, Infrastructure).

  • Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and data management tools.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
