Job Purpose: This role involves developing business-critical reports and systems pertaining to Sales & Distribution along with identifying grey areas using analytical skills. Job Responsibilities:
- Devising channel development strategies to aid in achieving company objectives of growth & revenue maximization.
- Efficient management of all ongoing projects related to channel development.
- Providing analysis and identifying gray areas for business improvement.
- Planning of MNP domain including Promos, competition analysis and management reporting
- Channel Enablers reporting to all stakeholders including HQ & regional teams
- Manage the potential channel with sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through compliance to rules of engagement pertaining to the sales channel.
- Develop channel development solutions that best address end-user needs. Ensure better business planning by maintaining close coordination and follow-up with other stakeholders (Fin, IT, Marketing).
- Developing and changing policies and procedures to update the channel as per the required business objectives. Management of channel activities in line with the budget of the department. Identifying methods of improvement to expand the channel in the market.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly insight reports covering key KPIs that drive the business forward. Devising promos to aid in achieving the company objectives of achieving growth.
- Work collaboratively across multiple functions of the organization to accomplish goals, including liaising with Regions, Marketing, IT, and Finance.
- Perform adhoch analysis regarding ZL expansion, BVS productivity and other enablers
